What we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit the quote form or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, and any details you include about the job (and your email or address if you provide them).
• Basic technical information. Our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule and complete work.
• To follow up about your job or answer later questions.
• To keep the website working and protect it from abuse.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We don’t share it with advertisers.
• We don’t send marketing texts or emails unless you ask us to.

Who processes your data

Form submissions are stored with our database provider (Supabase), and the site is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We may also use email or SMS tools to reply to you.

Retention

We keep lead and customer records for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and legal obligations, then delete them.
